  • Time Back Services is a local household-help marketplace that connects busy families with trusted, independent local service providers for everyday chores like cleaning, cooking, organizing, lawn care, and snow removal.

  • No. All service providers listed on Time Back Services are independent contractors. Time Back Services is a referral marketplace — we are not the employer and do not manage job performance, schedules, or payments between customers and providers.

  • We currently serve Livingston County, Michigan. New areas are added monthly.

    • Light cooking / meal prep

CUSTOMERS

  • No. Payment is handled directly between you and your chosen provider.

  • No contracts. You only pay the provider you choose — no subscriptions for customers.

  • Providers are required to verify identity, business documentation, and insurance. Background checks are the responsibility of the provider and customer to discuss and confirm.

  • Time Back Services is not responsible for the quality of work performed, damages, injuries, or disputes arising from services provided. All agreements are made directly between the customer and the service provider.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

  • Complete our contractor application. Once approved, you will receive an invoice via email. From there, your profile will be activated on the site.

  • No long-term contracts — month-to-month only. However, in order to be on the website, you must agree to the policies.

  • A simple monthly listing subscription of $9.99 (cancel anytime).

  • Time Back Services does not guarantee bookings or income.

    Your subscription is for platform visibility and advertising — not guaranteed earnings.

    All subscription payments are non-refundable, even if you receive no inquiries.

    You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
